 WinWAP for Windows Mobile 2003
WinWAP for Windows Mobile 2003 is not the best browser I have ever seen -- in fact, it's terrible, even for the purposes it was designed for. The menu is difficult to navigate. Many sites it cannot handle, and the "back" button does not work until the page is fully loaded. So it's useless for normal browsing. However, it is very handy for viewing files on a drive, with easy access -- the help files tell you that you can choose "Open File" from the "File" menu -- the problem is that the "Open File" option does not exist.

Oops. I forgot.
